Frequently asked questions

You will receive your order at least 3 days before your event. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email saying your package is on its way!

We've made returning the flowers as easy as can be! After your event, just place the flowers in the same boxes they came in, seal up each box, place the prepaid shipping labels on each box and bring to your local postal service. That's it!

Nope! No need to worry about paying extra. Return shipping is included in the total rental price. Each box will come with a pre-paid return label included inside the box.

Each rental period is 5 days long. You will receive your floral rentals 3 days prior to your event. The florals are due the next business day after your event. If florals are not shipped back on the return date, customer will be charged a late fee of $30 per date.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We ask that you place your order at least 7 days in advance. This will give us enough time to pack and ship your florals. Check the date checker calendar on each product page to see if your desired florals are available.

We have accounted for normal wear and tear for each floral rental. However, if the florals are damaged or stained beyond simple repair, the customer will be responsible 75% of the rental cost of that item. Customer will still be responsible for returning the item. Non returned items will be considered a 'missing item' and will be charged a 'missing item' fee.

The customer is responsible for returning all items in the pre-paid return boxes. All items must be returned at the same time. Each item that is not included in the return will be considered a 'missing item,' and customer will be charged a 'missing item fee' of 275% of the rental cost.

We ship anywhere in the USA.

Yes! We allow destination weddings, but we can only ship to US addresses. It would be the renter's responsibility to carefully transport the florals to the destination and back to the US. Longer rental rates may apply.

Yes! You can order florals from different collections as long as they are available for your event date. (To check availability, simply enter your event date in the date checker calendar located on each product page.)

We are currently not offering any of our items for purchase.

We are located in Minnesota!

All of our business is online, so we are not currently offering local pick-up. So enjoy the ease of having the florals shipped directly to your door!

We currently don't allow visits to our warehouse. All of our pictures were taken to provide accurate representations of our floral arrangements. Please order an item to see the florals in person.
