Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

The Cove Flower Rentals LLC requires cancellations to be made at least 90 days before the event date to receive a full refund. Orders that are cancelled less than 90 days before the event date will be refunded 50% of the total order cost.  To cancel an order, you can contact us at thecoveflowerrentals@gmail.com.

Order Changes Policy

Additions to orders must be placed at least 12 days prior to the event date (We will happily make the additions as long as inventory is available). For any order item removals, the customer must notify us at least 60 days in advance. For order additions or removals, please contact us at thecoveflowerrentals@gmail.com.
