Shipping policy
Your order will arrive 2-3 days before your event. The Cove Flower Rentals will make every effort to make sure your order arrives on time for your event.
We ship anywhere in the United States (with limitations to Hawaii and Alaska).
All rented items should be returned the day after your event. If the day day after your event is a holiday, all items should be returned on the next available shipping day after your event.
How do I return the items?
Your pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your order. We will also include instructions on how to return your items. You will not have to pay more for a return label - your shipping charge will cover the cost of shipping the items to you and shipping the items back to The Cove Flower Rentals warehouse. All items should be returned in their original box and packaging. Items should be shipped back to 13055 Riverdale Dr. NW, Suite 500, #161, Coon Rapids, MN 55448 (using the pre-paid shipping label).
In the event of national shipping/delivery delays, The Cove Flower Rentals LLC will make necessary adjustments to ensure your order arrives on time. (This includes shipping your order early, extending rental periods, etc.) We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays outside of our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
