Terms of service
By renting with The Cove Flower Rentals, the customer agrees to, and understands the following: Rental Period and Payment Terms, Insurance and Damage Fees, Return of Property, Order Changes Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Other Policies.
Rental Period and Payment Terms:
Rental Period - Our standard rental period for all items is 5 days long. You will receive your floral rentals 3 days before your event. The florals are due one day after your event. If florals are not shipped back on the return date, the customer will be subject to a late fee of $30 per date. (If the return date lands on a Federal Holiday or a Sunday, return on the following day.)
The customer agrees to return all rental items together to The Cove Flower Rentals within the 5 day rental period. The customer also to handle each rental item with care, and use each item for it's intended purpose.
Payment Terms - The customer agrees that he/she must pay in full at checkout before his/her order is shipped.
Insurance and Damage Fees
Insurance - The customer accepts full responsibility for any and all damages incurred during his/her rental period. The Cove Flower Rentals LLC, applies a $10 damage waiver fee to the total of all shipped rental orders. This is to cover the cost of minor wear and tear or stains incurred during the customer's rental period.
Damage Fees - The customer agrees that it is his/her responsibility to handle each rented item with care and keep each item out of harm's way. The customer agrees to keep each rented item away from fire, water and protect each item from excessive staining. Insurance does not cover items that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Insurance also does not cover items that are NOT returned.
Each item damaged beyond repair will be charged a replacement fee of up to 275% of the rental cost. Each item that is NOT returned will be considered a 'missing item,' and customer will be charged a 'missing item fee' of 275% of the rental cost.
Return of Property
The customer agrees that he/she is responsible for returning all rented property back to The Cove Flower Rentals, LLC, within the agreed rental period. The customer agrees to return all rented item on the return date. The customer holds sole responsibility for returning all rental items in the same box, using the provided shipping labels. (If the return date lands on a Federal Holiday or a Sunday, return on the following day.) If florals are returned to the shipping provider after the agreed upon return date, the customer will be charged a $30 late fee per date. The Cove Flower Rentals, LLC will not be responsible for any personal property that was unintentionally returned with the rented property.
Order Changes Policy
Additions to orders must be placed at least 12 days prior to the event date (We will happily make the additions as long as inventory is available). For any order item removals, the customer must notify us at least 60 days in advance. For order additions or removals, please contact us at thecoveflowerrentals@gmail.com.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Cove Flower Rentals LLC requires cancellations to be made at least 90 days before the event date for a full refund. Orders that are cancelled less than 90 days before the event date will be refunded 50% of the total order cost.
Other Policies:
- We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores. If you would like to see the items in person, please feel free to place an oder of that item.
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Cove Flower Rentals reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until The Cove Flower Rentals confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
- In the event of national shipping/delivery delays, The Cove Flower Rentals LLC will make every effort to make sure your order arrives on time for your event. (This includes shipping your order early, extending rental periods, etc.) We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays outside of our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
- The Cove Flower Rentals LLC is not liable for any cuts, pinpricks, property damages or injuries caused by it's rental products. The customer assumes all responsibility for any types of loss and/or all damages or injuries acquired during uses of the rental property.
